Oakwood 18 Hole Couples League

2007 -2008 Application

Beginning November 9, 2006, the Oakwood 18 Hole Couples League will begin tournament play on the selected Fridays followed by lunch or dinner. Any person who is eligible to be an annual member of Oakwood Golf Club is eligible to join the league. Teams consist of one man and one woman. ONE MEMBER OF EACH TEAM MUST BE A CURRENT MEMBER OF OLGA OR MOGA. BOTH TEAM MEMBERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT HANDICAP INDEX FROM EITHER THE AWGA OR AGA.

The annual membership cost is $35.00 per couple which is to be submitted at the time you submit the application below. The cost per event will be $35.00 per couple which covers the meal and chits. This fee is submitted each time you sign up for an event.

IF YOU CANCEL AFTER SATURDAY (12 NOON) PRIOR TO THE FRIDAY TOURNAMENT, YOU WILL FORFIET YOUR ENTRY FEE UNLESS A REPLACEMENT CAN BE FOUND.

Deposit this application and a CHECK (no cash) for $35.00 payable to: Oakwood Couples 18 Hole Golf League in the Couples slot in the computer room at the Oakwood Pro Shop. Please combine your first play day fee and the entry fee in one check.
